If you have an issue with any Güralp product, please send an email to our support team at support@guralp.com, filling out as much as possible of the following form (you may paste this into your email):

Problem item, ID, and Works Order#:

PLEASE ATTACH TO THIS E MAIL GCF FILES OF A LONG PERIOD OF TIME WITH
ALL VELOCITY OUTPUTS, MASS POSITIONS, AND STATUS STREAMS.

IF APPRORIATE ALSO ATTACH TERMINAL OUTPUTS FROM THE DIGITISER AND
DCM, AND /log/messages FROM THE DCM AS WELL.
